Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Support Specialist who's excited to take on end user support of a wide range of technology systems. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our internal systems . The primary focus will be providing support and training for resort staff technology, ensuring workstations, software applications, and connected hardware operates efficiently and securely. We're looking for someone who's equally comfortable behind the screen and in the field, whether you're fine-tuning business applications, applying patches, or helping a staff member get back up and running. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career in IT support who wants to deepen their hands on experience in a diverse environment. Knowledge of desktop administration with software deployment, patch management, Microsoft 365, Active Directory user management preferred. You must be able to move equipment, walk between buildings and be open to occasional off hours or weekend support if applicable. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for internal staff, escalating to other department staff when necessary. Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware, operating systems, and approved software applications, including applying updates and security patches. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues in coordination with department end-users. Manage and track workstation inventory for resort systems and software. Create and maintain accurate documentation for systems, troubleshooting, and support procedures. Troubleshoots components of systems hardware and software relying on proven techniques for IT systems analysis and evaluation. Collaborate with the IT team to support business-critical applications and internal systems.
