Job Description

Join a respected IT Services leader that powers mission-critical systems for both commercial and federal clients. In this role, you will be the go-to tech expert for a hospital system, directly supporting the clinicians and staff who care for patients every day. Your work keeps critical systems running and empowers healthcare teams to focus on what matters most. What You Will Do:
  • Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and account administration
  • Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Troubleshoot printers and other peripherals
  • Assist with Active Directory and Entra ID administration
  • Handle endpoint management and new device deployment
  • Document incidents, requests, and asset records with accuracy
  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including connectivity, VPN, MFA, and wireless
  • Deliver onsite support to both clinical and administrative users If you are a motivated IT support professional who enjoys solving problems and making a visible difference, we would love to hear from you. Required Skills
  • Must be US Citizen due to client requirement
  • 2+ years providing Tier I/II support as Desktop Support / PC Technician / IT Support Specialist
  • Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory and endpoint management exposure
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
