Overview The Field Services Technician I provides frontline onsite technical support for end users across hospital and clinic environments. This role is responsible for resolving routine hardware, software, and peripheral issues while delivering exceptional customer service to caregivers and staff. Responsibilities Provide onsite desktop and laptop troubleshooting and support. Install, configure, and deploy PCs, laptops, monitors, and peripherals. Support device replacements, refreshes, and lifecycle activities. Configure and troubleshoot Cisco phones, voicemail, and basic telephony issues. Complete workstation moves, adds, and changes. Perform inventory management and asset tracking activities. Follow established escalation procedures for unresolved issues. Maintain accurate ticket documentation and status updates. Adhere to HIPAA, security, and compliance requirements. Support hospital and clinic staff in a professional and customer-focused manner. Experience 1-3 years of desktop support or technical support experience. Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft applications. Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, ports, cabling). Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to travel between healthcare facilities as needed. Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+ Certification. Previous healthcare or hospital support experience. Experience with asset management systems. $26.00 - $30.00 per hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
