About the Role We're hiring a full time Junior IT Support Technician to handle frontline support, workstation deployments, and assist senior technicians with projects and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who is technical, organized, and great with people. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 help desk support (remote and onsite) Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues Set up and deploy workstations and user environments Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks Prepare and stage equipment (unboxing, labeling, asset tagging, initial setup) Assist with Intune and Autopilot device preparation Deliver and pick up equipment from client sites (local travel) Support senior technicians with projects and deployments Document work and update tickets accurately What We're Looking For 1 to 3 years of IT support or help desk experience Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical issues in easy to understand non-technical language Patient, customer-focused, and professional Detail-oriented and organized Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and move IT equipment (around 40 lbs) A "can do" attitude Nice to Have (Strong Plus) Experience in an MSP or IT services company Familiarity with PSA and RMM tools (HaloPSA or N-Central experience is a big plus) Experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365, Entra ID, Intune, or Autopilot Basic networking (Wi-Fi, printers, connectivity) Exposure to PowerShell or scripting Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications Spanish (nice to have but not required) Why Join Us Work across a wide range of technologies and environments Fast growth opportunity into Tier 2 or Systems Engineering roles Hands-on experience with varied responsibilities Tight-knit team where your work directly matters
