3-4 Months (Tentative) Job Summary We are seeking experienced EUC Support Engineers / Deployment Support Engineers to support a large-scale Windows 11 migration project for an enterprise manufacturing environment. The selected candidates will provide hands-on onsite support for device upgrades, deployment activities, end-user assistance, and troubleshooting during the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The role requires strong desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment. Key Responsibilities Perform onsite Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade and deployment activities. Configure, provision, validate, and troubleshoot end-user devices. Support device refresh, replacement, and deployment projects. Provide floor-walking support and assist end users during migration activities. Troubleshoot Windows operating system, hardware, software, and login-related issues. Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Central IT teams for issue resolution. Document incidents, deployment activities, and support updates accurately. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams. Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during deployment activities. Follow IT policies, security standards, and deployment procedures. Required SkillsMandatory Skills Experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations. Hands-on desktop support and endpoint deployment experience. Device provisioning, imaging, configuration, and OS validation. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and user-access issues. Experience supporting end users in enterprise environments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Skills Experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, or Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Experience supporting large-scale deployment or migration projects. Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments. Knowledge of asset management and device lifecycle processes. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC Support, Deployment Support, or IT Support roles. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and endpoint support. Experience working in onsite enterprise environments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Work Environment Fully onsite position based in Kennewick, WA. Fast-paced enterprise deployment environment. Physical handling of IT equipment may be required. Ability to support users across multiple deployment phases and schedules. This role is ideal for candidates with strong desktop deployment and end-user support experience who can contribute to a successful enterprise-wide Windows 11 migration initiative.
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
