Job Description

We are a growing IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking an experienced Technical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and installing IT solutions, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing system maintenance for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. This is not an entry level position. Only experienced IT Engineers need apply.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Install and configure computer systems, networks, and software applications. Provide timely support to end users of PCs, Macs, iOS and Android devices, and multiple business applications. Troubleshoot and set up VoiP systems. Perform system maintenance and upgrades. Monitor network performance and security. Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations. Use, edit and help create technical documentation and manuals. Provide onsite support to customers when needed, using your own vehicle. Present technical information and instructions clearly and logically in plain, non-technical language to those that don't understand technology. Use an IT Help Desk ticketing system for MSP. Qualifications:
Proficiency in
MS OS:
Windows 10, Microsoft 365, software distribution, Active Directory Experience with imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and liability insurance Ability to lift/move equipment as needed Experience with ConnectWise, Allworx, and/or Sophos is a plus!
