We need IT Support generalists coming from a hybrid (Azure) environment with an Automation/AI mindset as this is a high volume of Tier 1 - Tier 2 issues and gaining operational efficiencies is a must. Also, white glove service with strong communication up through leadership is important. Description Sr. Systems Support Engineer ________________________________________ Top Skills - Required
- 4+ years of strong experience with cloud hosted infrastructure supporting networking and enterprise services (e.g., Azure)
- 4+ years administering productivity and infrastructure platforms in an enterprise environment, including but not limited to: o Identity & Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD) o Networking, VPNs, Firewalls o Azure subscriptions and resource governance o File transfer and collaboration platforms
- Strong working knowledge of core Microsoft technologies, including: o Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy o Windows Server, Windows Client, IIS o Azure (VMs, networking, RBAC, monitoring) o Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) o Hybrid and on prem integrations
- 3+ years of experience creating automated operational solutions, including scripting with PowerShell ________________________________________ Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves
- Administrative experience with Azure DevOps (organization/project configuration, access models, governance)
- Administrative experience with GitHub (Enterprise or Enterprise Cloud)

- Studio, lab, or development focused environments ________________________________________ Job Description All engineers are expected to have Azure experience. This team is composed of senior generalists with strengths across Identity/Security, Networking, or Infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot escalated Microsoft IT infrastructure issues across networking, systems, and identity platforms.
- Design, implement, and support secure development and collaboration infrastructure bridging the Xbox organization with internal and external partners, including: o Cross tenant Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) relationships o External partner access models (guest vs member) o Productivity software configuration and VPN connectivity
- Provision and configure secure access for game studios, partners, and vendors to Microsoft hosted services.
- Engineer and maintain automation first solutions for infrastructure, identity, and service operations.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, driving root cause resolution and long term fixes.
- Provide technical guidance, oversight, and escalation support for XGS IT interns who handle initial support requests, including: o Reviewing troubleshooting approaches o Supporting escalations o Helping drive consistent documentation and repeatable processes
- Collaborate closely with build pipeline, platform, and services engineering teams on infrastructure and access solutions.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that values diverse lived experiences and continuous learning.
