Each technician is provided with a company vehicle that will be used to travel to our customer sites. Other duties include maintaining an inventory of repair parts and documenting your work through our service tracking system. Some of the hardware you will be working with is as follows:

Application Servers PC's Cabling Switches Printers Routers Fiber Converters Scanners Training:

You will have an assigned territory and will attend a paid training program in College Station, Texas. The training is primarily a hands-on familiarization course of the equipment at customer sites and will also teach our policies and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; related technical degree preferred 1+ years experience troubleshooting computer hardware and networking issues Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a consistent basis Must be able to attend a paid training class in College Station, TX Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no

OVI/DUI/DWI

violations in the last five years Good communication and organizational skills Enjoys providing

EXCELLENT

customer service A+ certified and/or other networking certifications is a plus Must be willing to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 10%
