Description RMS is the for-profit arm of the California Grocers Association. We currently provide shopping cart sales, maintenance, and logistics for 150 grocers and retailers in the Western US. RMS, Inc is looking for a Field Support Tech to assist with cart retrieval issues. Responsibilities

• Communicate with the cart retrieval team, contractors and customers to monitor and assist in areas with shopping cart high-loss and issues.
• Carry out shopping cart retrieval pick-up duties as assigned.
• Safely operate a truck for approximately 8 hours a day to assist with shopping cart pick-up within assigned routes.

About you:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift up shopping cart on a frequent basis required
• Ability to operate a mobile device including having knowledge of in app-based workflows.
• Good knowledge of the local geography preferred
• Willingness to learn, a great attitude and ability to work well with others
