$50,000

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE HELP DESK REPRESENTATIVE

Serve as the internal face of IT, providing patient, friendly, hands-on support to 200+ end users across the corporate office and remote sites Own new hire and termination provisioning, including Microsoft 365 account setup and file server access Order, configure, and deploy workstations and peripherals for corporate and remote-site staff Manage the relationship with the organization's managed service provider (MSP) for infrastructure, firewall, server, and escalated support Administer Microsoft 365 licensing, identity, and end-user account management Provide input on security posture, cyber insurance compliance, and opportunities to optimize technology spend Evaluate where workload currently routed to the MSP can be brought in-house to improve responsiveness and reduce cost

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE HELP DESK REPRESENTATIVE

Support the organization by responding to level 1 and level 2 tasks Provision devices, decommission hardware, deploy machines, maintain devices and keep them current Foundational understanding of servers, VOIP services, security, networking, etc. Timing is everything.
