In this position, you will provide day-to-day technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain the performance and security of the Bank's systems and networks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with others, and supporting a strong technology environment in a community banking setting. Primary Responsibilities Responds to inquiries and offer daily operations and systems support to personnel and exhibits the necessary follow-through with customers and/or staff involved.
Performs routine system or user administrative tasks, such as system specification changes or the addition, change, or deletion of colleagues on the Bank's various systems and networks; ensures necessary documentation is attained and properly authorized for such requests; originates and maintains system and user files.
Install, configure, maintain, and support computers, peripherals, software, and related technology resources and help train colleagues on its use.
Monitor system functionality, support backup activities, and assist in maintaining the availability and security of technology systems.
Troubleshoots hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
Verifies functionality of hardware and software components.
Performs on call support duties
Prepares a variety of routine and special reports as required.
Tests programs, troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.
Reports potential vulnerabilities and application of updates to software and systems.
May participate as a member of the Bank's incident response team in the event of a technology emergency or breach of confidential information. Education and Experience Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Substitution:
Three (3) years of directly related full-time experience performing the functions outlined above may be considered in lieu of a degree.
