You'll keep employees connected and equipped across YMCA locations, working with our third-party IT provider on more complex technical needs. What you'll do: Troubleshoot computers, phones, iPads, printers, software, and connectivity issues. Set up employee equipment, email, accounts, and system access. Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, mobile devices, and phone systems. Manage technology inventory, equipment replacements, and system documentation. Coordinate with IT providers and vendors on cybersecurity, network needs, and technology projects. What you'll bring: Related IT support experience; 2-4 years preferred. IT education or technical training preferred; equivalent work experience considered. Experience supporting Windows computers and common business technology. Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace administration strongly preferred. Strong troubleshooting, organization, and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technology clearly. Familiarity with Apple devices, mobile device management, multi-factor authentication, and VoIP systems is a plus. This primarily office-based role requires reliable transportation for travel between YMCA locations and the ability to move and set up equipment weighing approximately 40 pounds.
