Service Analyst III

Job Description:

TEKsystems is partnering with a local client to support their continued business growth by adding a new member to their Service Support team. In this role, you'll be a key contributor in delivering advanced technical support and creating a seamless experience for end users. You'll take ownership of complex technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive effective solutions. What You'll Do:

Serve as a go-to support resource by monitoring incoming requests and quickly identifying and diagnosing issues Resolve technical incidents and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation in the ticketing system Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral equipment following established procedures Manage Level 2 and Level 3 support requests across multiple channels (phone, chat, ticketing systems), escalating when appropriate Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication Identify root causes and implement both temporary workarounds and long-term solutions Collaborate with Business Technology teams to resolve complex technical challenges Contribute to project efforts including planning, requirements gathering, and pre-launch support readiness Participate in training initiatives and assist in mentoring other Service Analysts Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a strong internal knowledge base Proactively follow up with users to ensure full resolution and satisfaction Clearly communicate technical concepts in a way that is easy for end users to understand Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menasha, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
