Hire Pay Rate:
$22-$26/hr The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Microsoft technologies, resolving end-user technical issues, and managing help desk tickets from intake through resolution. This role is heavily focused on ticket remediation and end-user support, making it a great fit for someone who can work autonomously and communicate effectively with internal customers. Responsibilities Provide Level II technical support for approximately 100 end users. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues. Manage and prioritize tickets through Zendesk or a similar ticketing platform. Support Microsoft 365 applications and services. Assist users with Windows 10 and Windows 11 issues. Troubleshoot cloud-based applications and services. Document resolutions, track recurring issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong communication with users and leadership. Required Qualifications 2+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments. Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting. Experience working with cloud-based technologies and services. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing or office environment supporting on-site users. Exposure to Active Directory, user account administration, and endpoint support. Prior Level II Help Desk experience supporting a diverse user base.
