Job Description

Job Overview:
TEKsystems is seeking an IT System Support Specialist to help support one of our clients. This position will be 100% on-site in New Castle, Wyoming.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end users
  • Provide hardware and software support and troubleshooting
  • Provide phone and remote IT support
  • Provide a high level of customer service and communication to end users
  • Utilize ticketing system and documentation The top skills and qualifications are: Previous experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues Previous Break/Fix experience Previous experience with hardware and software upgrades Previous experience with imaging PC's Previous experience with ticketing system and documentation Good communication and customer support experience Previous experience with mobile device management Previous experience with asset management Previous experience with basic network support and troubleshooting' Previous experience with basic server and storage support If you have a passion for technology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
