Join our dynamic team as an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) engineer and become a vital part of our fast-paced operations! In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining MES Key Responsibilities 1. Manufacturing IT System Operations & Maintenance Operate and maintain MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Operate and maintain SIS (Shopfloor Information System) and improve functionality Operate MES interfaces and middleware Develop and maintain production-related application programs Analyze and improve production process data Operate barcode systems, label printing, PDA devices, and related applications 2. System Development Develop manufacturing automation and business applications Develop Windows applications using C# / .NET Develop web applications using React Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter Develop and maintain REST APIs Design and manage databases for ERP, MES, SIS, and EDI Improve existing systems and optimize performance 3. Database & Data Utilization Design and manage SQL databases Develop manufacturing data collection, analysis, and reporting programs Manage production performance, quality, and inventory data Create statistical reports and dashboards using Excel Perform manufacturing data analysis and support operational improvement 4. Server & Network Operations Support Windows Server and Linux server operations Manage company servers, network infrastructure, and system administration Configure and manage system accounts, permissions, and security Deploy and operate applications using Kubernetes Analyze and troubleshoot server and network issues Improve IT infrastructure to ensure stable manufacturing system operations 5. Digital Transformation & System Implementation Build new MES and manufacturing IT systems and execute advanced projects Implement smart factory solutions and Power Platform applications Automate business processes using Microsoft 365 , SharePoint , Power Automate , and Power Apps Perform manufacturing data analysis using AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics Build interfaces for PLC, IoT, and production equipment data Execute digital transformation (DX) and smart factory projects Lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, provide user training, and stabilize deployed systems
