Posted 1 day ago Unspecified Management (Manager/Director of Staff) Unspecified Unspecified IT - Software Huntsville, AL (On-Site/Office) Kforce has a client in Huntsville, AL that is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer responsible for the design, development, testing, and management of the application development projects in support of IT infrastructure. This includes the programmatic integration of third-party components, the introduction of new custom capabilities, modification of existing code, process improvement recommendation, and automation of operations and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy applications at the direction of lead architects, including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modeling, and advanced analytics Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for all solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance Duties include technical project milestone reviews, code architecture sessions, resource estimation, and development best practices knowledge transfer Bachelor's degree in related field, or in lieu of degree 4 additional years of experience 8 years of experience The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
