Our services include construction management, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and roadway projects, as well as a full spectrum of golf course construction and management services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administer and oversee various software solutions, including module setup, user management, and troubleshooting for optimal functionality. Regularly synchronize solutions with the ERP system to create, terminate, and update user accounts based on weekly data files. Ensure data integrity and consistency across different systems. Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports utilizing BI reporting tools to present data findings to stakeholders. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes. Work closely with other departments to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Provide training and support to employees on using the software and understanding data reports. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed. Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and system efficiencies. Implement best practices for data governance and quality control. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and software administration. Perform additional duties as assigned to meet dynamic organizational needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in BI reporting tools, Excel, and data analysis and visualization. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across various teams or independently.
