- 11AM-8PM EST or 330-1130EST and on call responsibilities
- Monitor and support critical production applications utilizing OpenShift, Oracle, Java, MongoDB, and SQL, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure application stability and performance.
- Serve as the primary owner for production incidents, leveraging tools such as Dynatrace and ServiceNow to drive issue resolution from initial detection through closure.
- Design, implement, and enhance automated monitoring and operational processes using Ansible and other enterprise automation tools to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution activities to ensure application resiliency and business continuity across supported platforms.
- Partner with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to onboard new applications and maintain operational readiness within a complex production environment.
- Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule, including weekend and after-hours coverage for production releases, system maintenance, and critical issue resolution.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to support team members while driving best practices in application monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement.

Base Salary:
$75,000.00- $137,500.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
