Job Description Clearance Required:

Secret (interim acceptable) We're looking for a Systems Engineer (Test Systems) II who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role supports advanced test systems used to validate complex hardware from early development through production and sustainment. In this role, you'll contribute across the engineering lifecycle-from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define and develop system solutions
• Support system design, integration, testing, and validation activities
• Work with models, simulations, prototypes, hardware, software, and test environments
• Identify technical risks and support informed engineering decisions
• Help improve system performance, reliability, affordability, and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• Utilize your knowledge of models, simulations, test beds, prototypes, hardware integration, hardware manufacturing, warfighter (User) methodologies, and embedded test protocols to ensure comprehensive lifecycle testing that is both robust and affordable
• Intense focus on 'customer affordability', by using effective cost measurement techniques
• Drive improvements in product affordability through increased built
• Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of two (2) years of experience directly related engineering experience (or a STEM Masters in lieu of experience)
• Systems Engineering experience in test requirements development, test planning, test techniques, test methodologies test requirements documents, embedded functional test, and integration, verification, and validation for test
• Past experience demonstrating a systems engineering approach for all test
