Job Description

Our client, a leading innovator in mobility and systems engineering, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be integral to supporting the End-to-End (E2E) Feature and Homologation team, contributing to the deployment and operation of cutting-edge mobility services. Develop and maintain multiple Operational Design Domains (ODDs) for various vehicle platforms using PLM Requirements tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, review, and align on ODD requirements, ensuring comprehensive documentation and technical accuracy. Serve as the technical point of contact for vehicle platform ODDs, managing documentation and technical issue resolution. Partner with engineering departments to negotiate and refine ODD requirements, ConOps, and go-to-market strategies. Maintain and create Polarion documentation, supporting system validation and verification processes. What's Needed? Minimum of 5+ years of engineering experience in systems engineering or related fields. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics. Experience with requirement management tools such as Polarion, Jama, or Doors. Proficiency in authoring requirements and conducting requirements analysis, including familiarity with agentic AI/LLM tools. Working knowledge of SysML, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Digital Engineering, and System of Systems engineering principles. What's in it for me?
