Lead customer-focused infrastructure solution definition across AI, compute, storage, and networking deployments. Member of the CTO Architecture team, with ownership of customer technical engagement, pre-RFP infrastructure definition, and solution architecture development. This role operates as the primary technical interface between customer infrastructure requirements and Hyve's architecture and engineering organizations. The Solutions Architect will work directly with hyperscalers, cloud providers, AI-native companies, and enterprise customers to define infrastructure solutions spanning compute, AI acceleration, storage, networking, rack integration, power, and cooling. The role focuses on early customer engagement, solution shaping, architectural definition, and strategic technical alignment ahead of formal productization and sales execution.
