Senior Infrastructure Engineer Overview We are seeking a

- with strong experience supporting enterprise-level Microsoft environments, networking infrastructure, virtualization platforms, cybersecurity tools, and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and supporting complex IT environments, ensuring system availability, security, performance, and scalability. Required Qualifications Experience
- Minimum
- 7 years
- of Systems Administration and Network Administration experience. Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- OR•Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Support physical, virtual, and cloud-connected infrastructure. Virtualization Management
- Manage VMware and Hyper-V environments.
- Monitor virtualization performance and availability. Networking Support
- Configure and support Cisco Meraki infrastructure.
- Maintain firewalls, VPN connectivity, switches, and wireless networks.
- Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and connectivity issues. Security Operations
- Administer CrowdStrike, Nessus, Splunk, and related security tools.
- Support vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts.
- Monitor infrastructure security and compliance. Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Manage enterprise backup and recovery processes using Rubrik. Automation & Documentation
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions.
- Create SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend infrastructure improvements. Support
- Provide Tier III support for escalated infrastructure, networking, and security issues.
