Overview Our client is seeking a
- Senior
- Infrastructure Engineer
- to support a large enterprise environment consisting of Microsoft technologies, virtualization platforms, networking infrastructure, cybersecurity tools, backup solutions, and collaboration platforms.

- Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint environments
- Support enterprise infrastructure across physical, virtual, and cloud-connected systems
- Manage VMware and Hyper-V environments
- Configure and support Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, and VPN connectivity
- Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and network connectivity issues
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security
- Administer security tools including CrowdStrike, Nessus, and Splunk
- Support vulnerability management and remediation efforts
- Manage enterprise backup and recovery operations using Rubrik
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term infrastructure improvements
- Create SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge articles
- Provide Tier III support for escalated infrastructure, networking, and security issues
