- Level 5 to join our team in Redondo Beach, CA.
- Developing and coordinating integrated analysis plans such as coupled load cycles and integrated thermal analyses
- Performing integrated analyses with the launch services provider(s)
- Developing the mission interface control document(s) with the launch service provider(s), customer(s), and internal stakeholder(s)
- Developing and managing interface requirements document(s) to interface control document(s) and traceability matrices
- Supporting verification of the mission interface control document(s) with the launch service provider(s)
- Additionally, the LSI Systems Engineer will develop and manage metrics; report on mission interface control document(s), requirements maturity, and verification burndown; and prepare inputs for launch readiness reviews. Basic Qualifications for Launch Systems Integration Systems Engineer
- Level 5:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 12+ years of engineering experience OR
- Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 10+ years of engineering experience OR
- PhD in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 8+ year(s) of engineering experience
- Candidate must have active SCI access at time of application and prior to start date OR
- Candidate must have an active U.
- Level 5:
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Launch Systems Integration processes
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering processes
- Ability to proficiently use tools such as: MS Project, Power Point, Excel, Jira, DOORS
- Active U.
