We are a small, tightly knit team of builders with deep backgrounds in AI, having worked at the world's leading technology companies and institutions such as Meta, Google Deepmind, Amazon, Lyft, Primer.ai , Stanford and Cambridge. We work out of our offices in San Francisco, CA. What you will do Design, develop, and maintain critical platform features from idea to completion, ensuring they meet our standards for scalability, performance, and user experience Work closely with our machine learning and product teams to design APIs and implement new features in response to user feedback Rapidly prototype and refine Refuel's applied AI functionalities to make sure we are the best in class platform for enterprises to clean, enhance and label data at scale Help spearhead the direction of our engineering team as we scale You will be a great fit if you have A strong technical background in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Proficiency with Python, and prior experience building data-intensive applications on cloud environments such as AWS or GCP is a big plus Prior experience with LLMs, or infrastructure & tooling ecosystem around LLMs (Axolotl, vLLM, Langchain, DSPy, evaluation frameworks etc) is a big plus Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
