Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Consultant to lead the migration of Tableau reporting from an on-premises environment to Tableau Cloud. The consultant will have full project management ownership and coordinate closely with business stakeholders, technical SMEs, application teams, and the core migration team. Required Qualifications
- 8 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of project management experience; 7+ years preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, status reporting, risk and issue management, and escalations.
- Working understanding of enterprise IT environments, Tableau reports/dashboards, and underlying data sources.
- Experience coordinating business and technical teams through testing and delivery.
- Must be available to work onsite in Santa Monica, CA, 3 days per week. Preferred Qualifications
- Technical project management experience.
- Experience managing Tableau projects or on-premises-to-cloud migrations.
- Familiarity with AWS environments and database-backed applications.
- Familiarity with Databricks.
