    • Minimum qualifications:
    • + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    + 8 years of software development experience, programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go. + 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products. + 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. + Experience with security, privacy and compliance. + Experience as a technical lead, mentoring and coaching other engineers.
    • Preferred qualifications:
    • + Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. + 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. + 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. + 3 years of experience working in a structured organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$365,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     • Responsibilities
    • + Be an uber tech lead for regulated cloud solutions.
    + Lead a full-stack team driving key features for one of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) critical security products. + Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance our platform. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. + Partner and collaborate with related engineering teams, managers, product management and program management to ensure the development of high-quality solutions in a timely way. + Collaborate, mentor and develop other team members. Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
