MILSATCOM
system comprised of integrated space and ground segments that will provide enhanced communications capacity, flexibility and resiliency. This position will lead the WidebandMILSATCOM
Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) team in support of the design, development, production, integration, test and delivery of the satellites and ground system.This includes leading efforts to:
- Maintain and manage the requirements baseline
- Maintain and manage the system test plan and integration efforts
- Maintain and manage the system architecture model and associated artifacts and design description documents
- Establish and track Program Technical Performance Measures (TPMs)
- Conduct systems engineering technical and readiness reviews
- Lead the verification and validation planning and execution
- Partner with the program manager, Chief engineer, other IPT leads to enable successful program execution.
- Establish and promote the necessary culture for program success This position is contingent on program award expected in 3Q 2026 Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
SpaceNSS Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
