Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Desktop support Incident and SLA management SCCM/Intune Roles & Responsibilities Hands-on expert responsible for the day-to-day operations of end-user technology| Provide Tier 2/3 deskside support. Ensure the reliability of Windows/macOS devices| manage imaging/deployment (SCCM/Intune)| and act as the escalation

Ticket Management:

Oversee ticket queues to ensure SLA compliance.

Process Documentation:

Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Articles (KAs). Onsite Support & PC Tech (Hardware/Deskside Tasks)

Hardware Maintenance:

Base Salary Range :

$90,000 to $100,000
