Job Description
Job Description The Salesforce Developer / Platform Lead is a senior, hands-on individual contributor responsible for the design, delivery, and long-term stewardship of Salesforce solutions using a configuration- and Flow-first, code-when-necessary approach. This role blends deep declarative expertise with strong Apex and integration capabilities to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce platform best practices. The Developer Lead partners directly with business stakeholders and end users to understand business processes, clarify requirements, and translate needs into well-architected Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud. In addition to delivery, this role plays a key part in shaping automation strategy, setting platform standards, reducing technical debt, and modernizing existing functionality to support longterm organizational growth. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to Salesforce administrators and developers, promoting platform best practices and raising overall team capability without direct people management responsibility. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
