You will serve as a key technical authority, leveraging your expertise to optimize product performance, mentor junior staff, and ensure all engineering initiatives meet rigorous quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Spearhead end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring all development, testing, and design phases align with project specifications. Partner with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality assurance, to streamline product development and process efficiency. Develop and refine product designs while maintaining strict adherence to industry safety regulations and engineering best practices. Provide technical mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous professional growth and innovation. Utilize advanced data analysis to troubleshoot complex technical hurdles and implement robust, long-term solutions. Manage technical documentation, including detailed design specifications, project reports, and product manuals. Drive cost-reduction and process optimization initiatives to enhance overall operational performance. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline). 5+ years of professional experience leading complex engineering projects. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software such as CAD, CAM, and simulation tools. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong leadership skills with a track record of effective team collaboration. Preferred Skills Master's degree in an engineering field. Professional engineering certifications. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing principles.
