What you'll do: Work as part of a collaborative and high-performing team delivering technical solutions within the highest levels of the federal government Manage endpoint imaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation across enterprise environments Support and operate enterprise endpoint management tools and platforms Resolve Tier 3 endpoint issues in support of a service desk and mission operations Maintain secure, compliant Windows and macOS client environments Participate actively in Agile execution and continuous improvement activities Communicate technical issues, solutions, and risks clearly with stakeholders Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and reliability Apply creativity and sound engineering judgment to deliver innovative solutions aligned to customer needs What you'll need to succeed: Active Top Secret with current or previously held SCI access Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an IT-related field is preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for education requirements. Required technical certifications include Microsoft MD-102 and Security+. Possess DoD 8140 certification aligned to the 451 System Administrator work role, such as Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, CASP+, or CISSP.5+ years of experience in IT with a primary focus on endpoint and client device management across Windows 11, macOS Sequoia and Tahoe, and Apple iOS environments. Hands-on experience performing OS imaging, patch management, performance troubleshooting, and vulnerability remediation in enterprise environments. Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of endpoint devices, including provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning. Operational experience providing Tier 3 endpoint support, including advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution. Hands-on experience administering endpoint management platforms, such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Tanium, or BigFix. Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical operational environment. This position is designated as essential personnel supporting continuity of operations and may require work during government shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations.

SALARY RANGE

$147,000 - $193,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
