The Agentic Commerce & client Pay Software API Integrator supports the development, integration, and commercialization of client's Agentic Commerce and Pay initiatives. The role manages onboarding, certification, and API integration activities within client Intelligent Commerce and the Trusted Agent Protocol (TAP), enabling new Pay use cases across the region. Acting as the primary liaison between regional and global product teams, Client Services, market stakeholders, and external partners, the position ensures seamless adoption of solutions, alignment with global program requirements, and operational readiness. The role combines integration oversight, program coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to support scalable delivery and long-term platform growth. This opportunity sits within client's Regional Growth Products & Partnerships organization and contributes directly to the expansion of emerging products, intelligent commerce models, and new payment experiences across regions.
Responsibilities:
Integration & Program Delivery Manage Agentic Commerce and client Pay onboarding, certification, and integration activities. Coordinate partner and client readiness across API integrations and certification processes for both Pay and Intelligent commerce. Provide integration support and guidance across tokenization, cloud token frameworks, Passkey, payment instructions and signals, and Pay use cases (e.g., MPQR, P2P, Tap to Pay). Cross Functional Enablement Act as a liaison between Product, Client Services, regional teams, and partners to ensure aligned execution. Work closely with Services experience to establish the continuity of the operational process. Communicate global requirements, changes, and impacts to regional stakeholders. Support program planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives. Documentation & Knowledge Management Document new use cases, integrations, and operational processes for Agentic commerce and Pay products. Maintain and consolidate VIC and TAP and Pay products Umbrella documentation in a single, up to date repository for each product. Partner with Client Services to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity. Testing, Training & Continuous Improvement Test and validate new flows, functionalities, and integrations prior to deployment. Support training sessions and enablement workshops for internal teams and partners. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. Experience with API and SDK integrations; familiarity with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and network protocols. Working knowledge of Java and/or C#. Experience with SQL databases, dashboards, analytics, and automation. Understanding of mobile platforms (Android/iOS) and digital payments ecosystems. Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non technical audiences. Experience working across teams, geographies, and time zones. Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple initiatives with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
