Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, manage, and secure enterprise AWS cloud infrastructure in Lutz, FL.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS services, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, automation, networking, and cloud security. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, EBS, and load balancing. Configure and manage AWS networking, including VPCs, Transit Gateway, Route 53, Direct Connect, VPN, and hybrid connectivity. Develop and automate infrastructure deployments using Terraform and IaC. Implement DevOps practices, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines. Automate cloud operations using Python, PowerShell, and AWS CLI. Manage AWS security and governance using IAM, Organizations, Control Tower, Security Hub, and GuardDuty. Configure SSO, MFA, federation, and cross-account access. Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Systems Manager, and AWS Backup. Support AWS landing zones, disaster recovery, resiliency, and cost optimization. Apply AWS Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) best practices. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 7-10+ years of relevant IT infrastructure or cloud engineering experience. Strong hands-on AWS infrastructure and networking experience. Proficiency with Terraform, IaC, Git, and CI/CD automation. Experience scripting with Python, PowerShell, or AWS CLI. Knowledge of AWS security, IAM, governance, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Experience supporting enterprise cloud architecture and multi-account environments. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
