This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin's Blue Moon landers and related products. A successful candidate will understand fluid systems, fluid dynamics, and compressible and incompressible flow for space vehicles. The position will work under a senior engineer accountable for the helium system within the Gas and Thrusters (G&T) team for a Lunar Vehicle. You will be responsible for design, analyses, procurement, installation, and test of the components and sub-assembly systems for the helium subsystem. The position will be responsible for valves, bottles, filters, sensors, piping and other fluids equipment for this portion of the helium subsystem.

Our team will size, select materials, and analyze components for structural integrity due to pressure, vibration, fracture, fatigue, etc.
