Job Description
Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot firmware for embedded systems Serve as the interface between hardware components (sensors) and software systems Integrate and implement sensors within the broader system architecture Support system sustainment, enhancements, and performance improvements Collaborate cross-functionally with software, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams Work with technologies including STM32 microcontrollers, CAN bus, and Raspberry Pi (in transition) Operate as the primary firmware engineer on the team, driving ownership and accountability Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field 4-8 years of experience in firmware or embedded systems development U.S. work authorization required (U.S. Citizen, Green Card, or Permanent Resident) Willingness to travel for initial onboarding/training
