Program Overview Peraton provides USSOCOM, its Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), deployed forces, CIO/J6, and end-users with high-quality IT platform and network services over an eight-year period. About The Role Peraton requires Systems Engineers to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC)

• 3 EOM.

This position is located at MacDill AFB in Florida. The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365. Lead the integration of Active Directory infrastructure with network, security, messaging, remote access, and virtualized environments to ensure seamless functionality. Develop and enforce best practices for Windows infrastructure support. Oversee the entire lifecycle of critical IT services, including planning, deployment, and maintenance. Architect and administer RBAC permissions within a multi-tenant enterprise environment. Provide mentorship to Directory Service administrators, imparting essential knowledge to bolster the SIE. Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies to augment the SIE's mission readiness. Manage a geographically dispersed array of sites with multiple domain controllers across various networks, ensuring high availability and resilience. Postion may require shift and weekend work.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Min 12 years with HS degree, 10 years with AS/AA degree, 8 years with

BS/BA, 6

MS/MA, 3

years with PhD DoD 8570 IAT II Certification DoW TS/SCI clearance Must be DoW 8140 compliant under the Work Role Code 451

• System Administrator
• Intermediate level or higher Mastery of system engineering processes and techniques Experience with Active Directory delegation and security models Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 and related client products.

Extensive experience in designing and deploying Active Directory, Domain Controller Managment, DFS, and RBAC in large-scale environments (exceeding 80K users).

Desired Qualifications:

VMware Certified Professional (VCP) OR Microsoft Certified Expert related to candidate's work area OR Nutanix Certified Advanced Professional OR Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administration Expert OR Azure Solutions Architect OR Azure Devops Enginee Experience in an Enterprise Environment is crucial. Expertise in designing, maintaining, and managing Domain/Forest trusts and Directory/Forest/Domain replication. Experience in constructing, promoting, and managing multiple Domain controllers. Experience in Linux Redhat.

Details Target Salary Range:

$104,000

• $166,000.

This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
