Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Data Platform Engineer for a leading healthcare organization. This individual will architect and build modern cloud-based data platforms leveraging Snowflake, AI/GenAI technologies, and advanced analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of data engineering, cloud architecture, and AI expertise while helping the organization scale enterprise data solutions that power analytics, automation, and intelligent business decision-making.

Day-to-Day:

• Design and optimize enterprise Snowflake data platforms
• Build scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and Python
• Develop semantic layers and data models for analytics teams
• Implement AI/GenAI solutions leveraging Snowflake Cortex tools
• Enable document intelligence and unstructured data processing capabilities

• 8+ years of Data Engineering or Cloud Data Architecture experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience
• Strong SQL and Snowflake performance tuning expertise
• Experience with dbt and Python development
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Healthcare data experience (EMR, claims, provider, patient datasets)
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex, AI, and GenAI solutions
• Kafka or Kinesis streaming experience
• Machine learning deployment experience
• Data governance and metadata management expertise
