Description Overview We are seeking a Manager, Salesforce Platform to lead the strategy, governance, and ongoing evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will own the platform roadmap, ensure scalable and well-governed solutions, and partner closely with business and technology leaders to maximize the value of Salesforce across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce platform expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership experience to guide platform development, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across the platform. Key Responsibilities Platform Strategy & Roadmap + Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the Salesforce platform in alignment with organizational goals. + Identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, streamline processes, and deliver measurable business value. + Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align platform initiatives with broader enterprise priorities. Platform Governance & Standards + Establish and maintain governance frameworks, platform standards, and reusable capabilities that promote scalable and consistent Salesforce solutions. + Lead governance processes to evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests across business units. + Drive best practices across configuration, development, integrations, and platform lifecycle management. Platform Ownership & Decision Authority + Serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce platform, responsible for platform strategy, standards, and long-term evolution. + Provide recommendations on platform investments, architectural decisions, and capability expansion. + Collaborate with business and technology leaders to ensure platform initiatives align with strategic business objectives. Platform Delivery + Prioritize and manage the Salesforce platform backlog and oversee release planning to ensure delivery of high-value platform enhancements. + Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. + Ensure development, configuration, and enhancements follow established platform standards and governance processes. Team Dynamic + Collaborate with a cross-functional Salesforce team that includes a Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Product/Project Manager, and Salesforce Administrators. + Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to support effective platform delivery and professional development across the team. + Foster collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. Platform Operations + Oversee platform health, operational support, and issue resolution to maintain system reliability and performance. + Ensure effective monitoring, support processes, and operational stability of the Salesforce environment. Adoption & Enablement + Drive Salesforce adoption across the organization through user enablement, training initiatives, and communication strategies. + Partner with business leaders to ensure Salesforce capabilities effectively support evolving business processes and operational needs. Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform in administration, platform management, or related roles. + Experience supporting Salesforce environments with large user communities (500+ users preferred). + Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and enterprise integration practices. + Proven ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions. + Experience working with cross-functional Salesforce teams that include architects, developers, and administrators. •Please note, this position is onsite Monday-Friday at our client's office in Johns Creek.
