Job Description
We are seeking a Senior System Engineer for a contract position based in Kennesaw, Georgia. This is a 6+ month engagement ideally suited for an experienced infrastructure professional ready to lead complex technical initiatives within a large enterprise environment. Responsibilities Lead complex technical infrastructure initiatives independently within large enterprise Windows environments Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems and solutions Manage and remediate vulnerabilities across enterprise infrastructure Administer and optimize Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP systems Manage Azure cloud environments and hybrid cloud deployments Oversee VMware vSphere virtualization infrastructure Develop and implement infrastructure automation and scripting solutions Support enterprise networking infrastructure including TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience Minimum 5 years of progressive enterprise infrastructure engineering experience Demonstrated experience independently leading complex technical initiatives Proven experience working within large enterprise Windows infrastructure environments Enterprise vulnerability remediation and management experience Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP Azure administration and hybrid cloud environment experience VMware vSphere experience (v7/v8) Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls PowerShell scripting and automation Preferred Qualys vulnerability management platform experience VMware VxRail experience Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
