This Systems Engineer 2 role focuses on leading technical projects and supporting customer environments within a managed services model. You will own infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security implementations while serving as a trusted technical resource for both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical implementation of infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud projects Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune environments Design and support wired and wireless network environments, including configuration of switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN technologies Serve as an escalation resource for complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis Mentor junior technicians and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or managed IT services Experience with TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, Microsoft Defender, Azure, and Veeam Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant technical experience considered Preferred certifications: Microsoft, Network+, Security+, CCNA, Fortinet, VMware VCP Ready to take the next steps in your career?
