We're looking for a dynamic Cloud Platform Engineering Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and evolution of our enterprise cloud platforms. In this role, you'll lead a talented team, shape our cloud roadmap, and ensure our platforms are secure, resilient, and cost-effective - enabling faster delivery of mission‑critical applications that protect livelihoods and futures. What You'll Do:
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing cloud platform engineering team through hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development. Own the design, implementation, and day-to-day operation of enterprise hybrid cloud platforms that streamline and accelerate application delivery. Define and enforce cloud architecture standards, patterns, and best practices that enable consistency and scalability. Embed security, compliance, and regulatory requirements directly into cloud platforms through automated controls and standardized deployment pipelines. Ensure platform reliability by managing availability, resiliency, service levels, and incident response processes. Drive cloud financial excellence by overseeing budgets, FinOps practices, and ongoing cost optimization efforts. Partner with business and IT leaders to align cloud strategy and platform roadmaps with enterprise priorities and engineering needs. Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives such as cloud migrations, application modernization, and transitions to standardized cloud architectures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 9+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated success leading technical teams in complex environments, particularly in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering. Deep expertise in cloud architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and modern cloud development practices. Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, observability, and resiliency principles. Azure certifications (AZ‑900, AZ‑104, AZ‑204, AZ‑305) are preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to connect technical solutions to meaningful business outcomes. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. Reliable, regular attendance and a strong sense of accountability.
