Responsibilities:

90% of work is completed on-site at our customer's facility. Provide IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues to the satisfaction of the end-user. Install, troubleshoot, and fix desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop applications. Troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills. Configure and trouble shoot servers and firewalls Vendor management and budgeting Handle projects from start to finish. Multitask and work with various deadlines. Function in stressful environments & situations.

Requirements:

7+ years minimum of experience providing IT Infrastructure ownership field support. Strong knowledge of business LAN and WAN setups, TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP. Skilled in desktop support and PC break/fix including administration of Windows OS, including Windows Server OS. Experience with anti-malware and anti-virus software. Strong experience with AD/Entra, Windows Server, VMware, SQL, networking, backup/DR, M365/Intune Deep Intune/Autopilot/Entra ID experience— hybrid identity, CA, FIDO2, Win32 apps, BitLocker, Autopatch Experience with hypervisors, including Hyper-V and VM Ware. Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management as well as people skills.
