Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- 10+ years of enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or large-scale technology transformation experience. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman. Expertise across business, application, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security architecture Experience defining target-state architectures, reference architectures, roadmaps, principles, standards, and governance Knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, data management, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and hybrid/multi-cloud platforms Proficiency with architecture modeling and documentation tools Ability to evaluate emerging technologies, modernization options, technical risk, and total cost of ownership. Roles & Responsibilities - Define and maintain the enterprise-wide technology architecture aligned with business strategy. Assess current-state capabilities and establish target-state architectures and transition roadmaps Create and govern architecture principles, standards, patterns, reference architectures, and decision records. Guide cloud, application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security modernization. Review solution designs for alignment, scalability, resilience, interoperability, compliance, and cost efficiency Chair or support architecture review boards and manage exceptions. Partner with business leaders, product teams, security, data, engineering, operations, and vendors Advise executives on technology investments, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs Mentor domain and solution architects. Monitor emerging technologies and recommend pragmatic adoption strategies. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Strategic thinking and executive-level communication and influence. Stakeholder facilitation; cross-functional leadership in matrix organizations. Architecture governance; negotiation and conflict resolution; decision-making under ambiguity. Portfolio prioritization; risk and dependency management; mentoring; clear written documentation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
