Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Communities Lightning Flows, Apex Classes, and Triggers, Apex Web services (SOAP, REST & Bulk) and consuming other platform web services in Apex. Roles & Responsibilities Should partner with the Salesforce CoE leader on: Platform Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap Security, Risk, and Compliance Platform Stability, Reliability, and Operability Governance, Standards, and Best Practices Performance, Scalability, and Technical Excellence Stakeholder Partnership and Delivery Leadership Identifying, executing and overseeing technical activities to increase platform security, stability, performance and ability to scale to platfrom to most efficiently support various cross platform initiatives Generic Managerial Skills, If any Ability to assess technical impact of business decisions, define and communicate best practices. Showcase work done and collaborate with customers and other vendor resources on defining and implementing best practices.
