We are looking for a senior-level Data & Cloud Solution Engineer with strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across AWS, Snowflake, data engineering, integrations, governance, and analytics, along with experience leading technical teams and engaging executive stakeholders Key Responsibilities Design and deliver secure, scalable enterprise data platforms across AWS and Snowflake. Provide architecture across the broader data ecosystem, including data management, batch/streaming integrations, analytics, and visualization. Lead onshore and offshore engineering teams in designing and implementing solutions. Drive adoption of AI/ML capabilities to improve productivity and enable innovative data solutions. Present architecture, technical roadmaps, and business value to executive-level stakeholders. Ensure solutions follow enterprise standards for security, governance, scalability, and performance. Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective architecture. Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture. Strong manufacturing domain experience. Proven experience architecting enterprise data platforms using AWS and Snowflake. Demonstrated experience leading distributed/onshore-offshore technical teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct executive-level technical readouts. Must be comfortable working onsite in Peoria, IL, 5 days per week.
Technical Requirements AWS:
Strong expertise in IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, S3, Lambda, Glue, and EMR.
Snowflake:
Strong hands-on experience with Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, Data Sharing, and storage/performance optimization.
Python & Data Engineering:
Advanced Python, PySpark, Pandas, and NumPy; experience developing scalable and optimized data frameworks. DevOps /
IaC:
Git, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Terraform or CloudFormation.
AI/ML:
Working awareness of vector databases, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, MLOps, and platforms such as SageMaker.
Data Security & Governance:
Experience with RBAC, data masking, encryption at rest/in transit, and enterprise data governance. Aspire IT Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
