at PwC in Rosemont, Illinois, United States Job Description The Opportunity As an EAM IFS Cloud Consultant, Manager, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation, and support of business applications. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity. In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, effectively mentoring team members. By embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to follow suit. Your ability to analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system will be crucial in delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities
- Leading the analysis and implementation of business application solutions to optimize client operational efficiency
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client objectives
- Guiding teams in the integration and utilization of business applications through training and support
- Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Utilizing analytical reasoning to identify system interactions and improve processes
- Addressing and resolving conflicts with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
- Encouraging innovation and technology adoption to improve service delivery
- Building and maintaining client relationships to identify and address business challenges What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Business Management
- Utilizing Project Management skills for successful project delivery
- Implementing Technology Integration and Innovation in client solutions
- Excelling in Strategic Planning and Systems Project Management
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of inclusion and teamwork The salary range for this position is: $99,000
