Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality engineering role. Experience with customer complaints, returns, nonconformances, and internal quality issues. Experience performing root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Knowledge of

requirements. Experience supporting Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies. Experience with statistical analysis, SPC, and DOE. Proficiency with Minitab or equivalent statistical software. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience supporting quality systems, internal audits, document control, and calibration processes. Preferred Skills Six Sigma Green Belt certification or active pursuit of certification.

Job Responsibilities Support customer quality and manufacturing quality activities. Serve as a technical liaison between customers, operations, engineering, and quality functions. Investigate customer complaints, product returns, nonconformances, and internal quality issues. Perform root cause analysis on quality and manufacturing issues. Develop and lead corrective and preventive actions. Support initiatives to reduce defects and improve process capability. Perform and support MSA studies. Analyze quality and manufacturing data using statistical methods. Support SPC and DOE activities using Minitab or equivalent software. Support internal quality audits. Maintain quality documentation and document control requirements. Support calibration awareness and compliance activities. Support compliance with

requirements.
