Integration Specialsit / API Specialist Position Summary Are you a highly independent, detail-driven technical expert who thrives in a structured environment? Do you naturally approach challenges with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset? The ideal candidate will be able to leverage their technically adept professional who will play a critical role in delivering system integrations between our platform and external vendors and clients. In this position, you will design and support scalable API and data integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow, accelerate implementation timelines, and minimize operational complexity. This role is instrumental in driving data accuracy, automation, and efficiency, creating meaningful value for both our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate brings a balance of analytical thinking, technical expertise, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement. Responsibilities Design, build, and support API and file-based integrations (REST, SFTP, etc.) Translate business requirements into data mappings and technical solutions Partner with vendors to configure, test, and troubleshoot integrations Lead integration efforts during implementations (requirements → go-live) Resolve data issues, performance bottlenecks, and API errors Document data flows, architecture, and integration standards Professional Services or client-facing delivery background Skills & Personality Traits Technically curious

  • builds repeatable, scalable solutions Education and Experience Requirements 3-7 years in integrations, APIs, or technical implementation roles Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and data mapping Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases Hands-on experience with scripting or development (Python, JS, C#, etc.
) Comfortable working directly with vendors and clients Strong problem solver who can debug across systems
